Sancho Sazon Product FAQ

DIRECTIONS. For our All Purpose Seasoning and Lemon-Lime Pepper we recommend a generous amount on your choice of food since it’s low on sodium.  For our Fajita Seasoning, apply moderately since it has a bit more sodium. Shake bottle before applying your choice of seasoning and coat evenly. For optimal flavor apply seasoning 30-45 minutes before cooking. 

Our seasonings are made with high-quality ingredients and no preservatives are used. With this being said,  our seasonings stay fresh for up to 24 months if they stay in a cool and dry place and away from the heat and sunlight. After using our seasoning, make sure to keep the containers tightly sealed. With this quality control, seasonings can last up to 36 months with very little flavor degradation. Clumping will happen in a lot of seasonings including ours. If this happens, tap the side of the bottle a few times, shake it and you're ready to go. 

Our seasonings do contain MSG. According to FDA and contrary to popular belief, MSG is generally safe to consume (FDA). Our seasonings; however, do not contain any preservatives. 

Our three blends do not contain any naturally occurring or added gluten from wheat, rye, oats, or barley (or the derivatives there of). They do not contain any of the top 9 major allergens outlined by the FDA. 

All orders will be subject to USPS standard shipping rates. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, holidays and unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be processed the same day and shipped the following business day via USPS. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your item(s) get shipped. At this moment we only ship throughout the US.Please confirm your order for accuracy before checking out. If after receiving your order, you notice something is not right with your order or any issue with it, please contact us right away at sales@sanchosazon.com. One of our representatives will be happy to contact you regarding your issue. We are here to help you, dont hesitate to email us.

We take tremendous pride in our seasonings but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products please let us know. Just email us at sales@sanchosazon.com and will contact you as a soon as possible to make things right. 

If one of our seasonings gets damaged upon delivery or it was the wrong one you ordered or have questions about your order please email us at sales@sanchosazon.com and we'll ship a replacement out to you at no cost. 

In order to process your returns in an expedited manner, we kindly ask our customers to email us at sales@sanchosazon.com with a picture of the return item(s). On the email include in the subject matter 'Returns’ and your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Once we we receive your item(s), we will credit your refund in the manner in which you paid at checkout.
