Return and Refunds

We take tremendous pride in our seasonings but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products please let us know. Just email us at sales@sanchosazon.com and will contact you as a soon as possible to make things right. 

If one of our seasonings gets damaged upon delivery or it was the wrong one you ordered or have questions about your order please email us at sales@sanchosazon.com and will ship a replacement out  to you at no cost. 

In order to process your returns in an expedited manner, we kindly ask our customers to email us at sales@sanchosazon.com with a picture of the return item(s). On the email include in the subject matter 'Returns’ and your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Once we we receive your item(s), we will credit your refund in the manner in which you paid at checkout.
