In South Texas, BBQ isn't just a way to cook—it’s a way of life. We grew up with the weekend aroma of sizzling carne asada and the laughter of family gatherings. At Sancho Sazon, we created our unique seasonings to bottle those memories and bring those authentic flavors to your table.

The Perfect Blends

Most seasonings are either too salty or too fine. Ours are engineered for the perfect bite. By combining high quality ingredients in three distinct textures: minced, coarse, and ground. We’ve created seasonings that compliments any food and creates a masterpiece of texture and aroma. This ensures a succulent "bark" on thick steaks and a deep, even flavor on everything from fajitas and chicken to fresh vegetables.

We believe great flavor shouldn't come from a lab. That’s why our seasonings are:

• Versatile: Flavorful blends made for chicken, beef, seafood, vegetables, grilling and more

• No Artificial Dyes: Color comes from ingredients such as paprika, annatto and turmeric, depending on the blend.

• Allergen Information: Our blends are free from 8 of the Top 9 allergens (All Purpose blend contains Soy).

• Gluten Free: Our blends do not contain any naturally occurring or added gluten from wheat, rye, oats, or barley (or their derivatives thereof).

• No animal ingredients.

• Natural Tenderizers: Select blends contain bromelain (pineapple) and papain (papaya). naturally soften the meat.
